Let me start by saying, I was so in awww of my food, I forgot to take pics. My waiter gets a 20 out if 20. I do not remember his name but I do know he knows how to work with the patrons. He was patient, knowledgeable of the menu and efficient. The atmosphere was welcoming and the food was delicious. The Chilean Sea Bass was delectable. The Caesar Salad, Sirloin Steak & Parmesan Crusted Chicken was delicious. I was so impressed, I am going back on Friday. This restaurant is a must try. To the cooks, I appreciate the time & love you used to prepare my food. This afternoon was great.

I came with a group from a conference at the hotel nearby, and we all enjoyed our meals despite differences among us from solid carnivores to vegan and kosher eaters. The only catch was that it is pretty noisy, which made it difficult for us to talk. Overall, though, this was a great place for us to get together including recognition of one person's birthday.

Firebirds has a good happy hour. They are in a strip mall with plenty of parking. We were looking for a later place to dine and chose Firebirds. They have a drink that is a must try if you like pineapple- Double Black Diamond Martini! So delicious! The service is good. It's a nice restaurant and has a few tv's, a bar area and some outdoor seating. My entree was the honey garlic chicken and asparagus and mashed potatoes. It was very tasty. There's nice ambiance with the dim lighting in the evening. A nice date night spot.

Drove here from west county and south county for a bday dinner and it was definitely worth the drive! Workers were all friendly fly and helpful with each other. Dining area was busy but quiet enough to casually hold conversations at our table. Cocktails were magnificent and my favorite was the Double Barrel pineapple Infused Martini!!! Yum!! We had the Philly Rolls and the lobster dip for apps. They were very good too! The only downside is there were five in our group but four pieces I wits recommend the chef send one roll edge per reason at the table and then Up charge for it. That would eliminate an awkward situation. Soups and salads were enjoyed by all and I felt like the chicken enchilada soup was super yummy. All entrees were excellent with no complaints! We had filet with blue cheese, filet and key lime shrimp, sea bass and rice, and sirloin with Parmesan potatoes. Final course of excellence was dessert: lemon layered cake with blueberry sauce, warmed carrot cake with a caramel glaze, double chocolate brownie (needed ice cream) and crème brûlée cheesecake was the most magnificent. Personally I would add more berries to it. Bravo to the chefs for this dinner! Thank you!

Came here late on a Friday. Service was a little slow at the door to be seated but overall staff was friendly. Our server Kyle, had fast service and was kind. This is a nice classy spot to grab drinks or have a more relaxed casual dinner. The Double Black Diamond Martini is delicious! If you're a big pineapple lover you'll enjoy it. I wish they had more non-meat options (but of course this is a steak and chicken grill so can't complain much). I got the wood grill salmon with rice pilaf and veggies. The salmon had great flavor. I was a little disappointed by the rice pilaf, it had corn, cranberries, and random grape tomatoes in it. I was not a fan. Overall, it was a nice dining experience. Just slightly over priced for the meal we got.

Has been years since my last review here, so let's refresh. It's still great to me! So, now my go-to dish is the Lobster Fondue Salmon, it's amazing! The creamy lobster Fondue on top of the grilled juicy salmon, it's like have the best of both worlds. This visit, I had the mashed potatoes, which were tasty. This dish with a few slices of their complimentary bread is more than enough for dinner. I was very satisfied all the way to the last bite. Sorry, no room for dessert this visit. Glass of Meiomi, my favorite, as per usual.

I have to commend the server we had; John!! He was ABSOLUTELY STELLAR. Pleasant, helpful, patient, cheerful, NICE!! Just an all around great server. I will definitely ask for him when I return. As stated above, our server went above and beyond to make our experience as enjoyable as possible. My girlfriend and I came here for a friend date, it was my first time there. My friend got the honey garlic chicken it was so good. Flavorful. And hot. I got the Firebirds chicken pasta; it was good but the description is misleading. I had my mouth set on a CREAM sauce, which is what was stated, and it was more of a tomato cream sauce. NOT all cream. It was good nonetheless. I will definitely be back and ask for John.

Firebirds is a great date night spot that doesn't break the bank. They have great options and a beautiful atmosphere with consistent service. Tried: Sirloin topped with lobster queso and broccoli Loved: the lobster queso topping - it's fantastic and adds a lot of flavor to the sirloin The broccoli - I'm not a huge broccoli lover but was trying to choose a healthier option, and I was very impressed. It wasn't overly salty and tasted good. Liked: the sirloin - I love the char and overall flavor of the grill of the steak, but felt it was extremely tough for a medium-cooked steak. Disliked: the prices of appetizers have gone up tremendously and were as much as many of the entrees. Will definitely consider sitting in the bar area for happy hour with how expensive apps are.
